What design services do you provide?

We design everything from logos to content managed websites. Please contact us to discuss your project and design requirements.

How does the design process work, from my initial enquiry, to completion of the job?

We start all projects by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. From this discussion we establish the specific requirements, which we call The Brief. We believe that client input is a crucial factor to making the project a success. Once we have established the brief, we begin work on the project by researching ideas. These initial ideas are worked up on computers into design visuals using the graphic/web design software. The design visuals are then forwarded onto the client for feedback. We listen carefully to client feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required, these are made and the amended visual is resubmitted to the client. This process continues until we receive client approval.

How many changes am I allow?

You a allow up to 3 changes, before the artwork has been comfirmed and approved by you.

What do I need to do to approve my artwork, graphic design, print or web design?

You need to email us your confirmation we only accept written confirmation.

I need something designing yesterday, is this possible?

Sometimes clients require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our studio and production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge.

How does your logo design process work?

During our initial logo meeting, we first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our logo design service is very straight forward. If you’d like to see extra concepts after our initial three ideas or if you need a couple logo designs for multiple companies our service can be priced according to your needs.

Can I get some free logo samples before making a deposit?

Unfortunately not. The deposit shows that you are serious and professional, if you are unwilling to make a deposit I will have to turn the project down.

I already have my design can you provide me print only service?

Yes, we can provide you a print only service as long as your files meet out printer specification requirements.

Can I pay a diposite for printing service?

Unfortunately we can only accept a full upfront payment before proceeding with the order.

Are there any special requirements for Logos, Icons, Images, Illustrations or content?

All the image has to be minimum 300dpi and make sure you have all the legal right to use any Logos, Icons, Images and Illustrations, content or material that you provide us. Please do not download any image or text randomly from anywhere as they may be legally protected by the owner. If you are providing us any material please make sure you have all rights and authority in written from the owner (please see our full terms and conditions).

Why is a professional website design important?

If your website looks cheap or home-made, what impression does it give your potential clients?

It is important to give potential clients, as well as your regular clients who’ve never seen your website, the right impression when they visit your website for the first time. If not, they may never revisit and, worse still, they won’t buy from you.
